It feels good to give. Lives are enhanced by giving -- both for the ones who give and the ones who receive. Members of USA+ impact the lives of people in need all across the nation. When you become a member, you receive the added benefit of philanthropy - giving to charities that make a difference and improve the quality of life for many less fortunate people who are facing difficult challenges. Through the United Service Association For Health Care Foundation (USA+ Foundation), members of USA+ are able to contribute effortlessly -- a portion of the membership dues collected each month is donated to the Foundation. At first glance, it may seem like a tiny amount of money. But over the last 17 years, through our combined contributions that tiny amount has exceeded $6 million awarded to many worthwhile charities, community programs and national research programs. Our goal - and "Dody's Dream" - is to give a whole lot more.
